Men's response towards Facial Treatment
Just a thought, is it more manly to NOT go for facial and improve how our face looks or is it Manly that you actually care about your facial skin and just want to look good?
There are as usual, two sides to a coin.
Manly Enough to NOT improve your facial skin:
This I think is the conventional thinking of *Most* men. We always think that its the "Girly" thing and that men have no business doing any facial or spa treatment to look good. We often say "im real men, I do not need a facial", or "Face Only ma, i have the body", or that it may make you look "rugged". Honestly, is it the pride? or is it that we think it is self pity? or that we think we are not so low on confidence that we need not work on our face?
Manly enough to care about Facial Skin:
This is what most men come to in the 21st century, "I have GOT to look good!" A lot of the male species have come to the understanding that not only should i have a solid build up, but to look good, i got to get rid of the pimples! As technology advances, we stay in doors most of the time in front of the computer or in an air conditioned place because its comfortable. We rarely go under the sun, there fore we might not have pimples or bad skin, but even so, not being under the sun does not help our skin at all, it has to be a balance of both! Going for a facial or spa treatment is not that bad, it has nothing to do with pride or self esteem, its just plain simple wanting to look good!
Do you know that many of the fortune 500 companies require their male stuff to go for a facial at least once in 2 weeks? Its not the matter of looking good for your self or building self confidence, its to "represent" ! I once hear an old bloke say, "If you're walking on the street, you see 2 females, one with an awesome body but looks like she hasn't been sleeping for 2 weeks, and the other looks fresh and clean but may not have a hot body, Who would you spend an extra second to admire?"
For example, if you were to walk in to a jewelry shop to purchase jewelry, or anything for that matter, You come across Two staff of the shop, one with bad skin, the other with pleasant skin, Who would you approach, or wish would approach you to acquire their service?
Its more of looking good and representing who you are, where are you from. The "Packaging" or "Image" is being the emphasis of the market in today's era!
